We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product packaging, labels or appearance may occasionally vary from the images shown, for example where a manufacturer updates its packaging. Any such variation does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to the delivery options shown at checkout.
Any estimated delivery dates or timeframes displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Cancellation and Returns
Consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. After notifying us of a cancellation, goods generally need to be returned within a further 14 days.

9. Refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
